Faculty Development Program 2024
Kathmandu Model College successfully concluded its Faculty Development Program 2024, a five-day initiative organized by the Faculty Development Cell to enhance teaching and learning practices.
The program featured insightful training and discussion sessions across all five days, focusing on modern teaching methodologies and strategies for academic excellence. Notable highlights included:
- Days 1 & 2: Interactive sessions on innovative teaching-learning activities.
- Day 3: In-depth discussions and training on improving pedagogical approaches.
- Day 4: Advanced training and collaborative discussions for faculty enhancement.
- Day 5: Final session by Dr. Bharat Singh Thapa, followed by a formal program for certificate and bag distribution.
The program concluded with a retreat at Pataleban Vineyard Resort, providing participants with an opportunity to unwind and reflect on the week’s learnings.
