Our Alumni Miss Dina Manandhar is an enthusiastic and a very hard working lady we have come across. While talking with her we realized that life is full of surprises and we never know where it will lead us. Dina, is not only engaged in a particular job, she is engaged in Nepal Council of Arbitration and does part time teaching in Learning Realm International School of Business and Sciences.

A dream does not become reality through magic, it takes sweat, determination and hard work, is what Miss Dina believed in and with her determination to do something in life and through her hard work she has reached to the good position in her life today and is still learning and still want to explore something new.

Dina has done her Bachelors in Business Administration from Kathmandu Model College (2007-2011) and after that she went to India for her higher studies and did Masters in Business Administration from Karnataka College of Management and Science, Bangalore, India (2012-2014) in Human Resource and Finance. She wants to further study and is planning to do Masters again. This proves that she wants to learn and explore new things in life and is never tired of learning. There is a saying, that “a journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step” so when we take a single step then we will be able to complete our journey. This quote applies in Dina’s life because she is in a process to fulfill her dreams and for that she has to complete a journey and is always ready to take a small step.

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest, she believed in it and hence has proved this proverb to her family as well by reaching to a good position today. After her MBA she worked as Vendor Manager in Sales and Marketing in Daraz Nepal since 2015 to 2017 there she learned various skills about marketing and selling. After that she made it to become Executive Director in Nepal Council of Arbitration in 2019 till today.

Finally, she summed up sharing her experience in KMC was awesome and she also said that she and her friend initiated a proposal to conduct farewell program of BBA and BBS to be done separately and they made it happen. She also added that she was not that studious student but has always known the importance of education and here she suggested all the students to choose your priority wisely.

As we know that “Time and opportunity waits for no one” so do not waste time and do not miss any opportunity because it will never come back as she suggested to all the Kmcians along with that she also suggested us to explore and work as we learn faster by doing than by reading and practical knowledge is way more important than theoretical knowledge.
